The Cub Klub roadmap is organised into four phases. Each phase builds on the previous one and delivers a coherent set of capabilities.

Phase 1 — Platform Foundation
Repository setup, CI/CD pipelines, Supabase project provisioning, authentication flow, and the family account model (parent and child profiles). This phase establishes the technical foundation that all subsequent work depends on.
Phase 2 — Core Features
Activity curation engine, child development milestone tracking, and community event discovery. These are the primary value drivers for families joining the platform.
Phase 3 — Content Platform
Launch cubklubtv.com with video content hosting, educational resource library, and KORA-powered content recommendations tuned for child-appropriate results.
Phase 4 — Social Features
Family groups, local community connections, shared activity plans, and event coordination between families. Social features ship last to ensure the safety and moderation infrastructure is mature before enabling user-to-user interaction.
